I got this a few weeks ago and love it (like so many Dr H things that I'm trying out). Basically, it's a concentrated bronzing gel that you can use alone or mix in with your moisturiser in order to make tinted moisturiser It comes in a 30mL glass bottle (read: accident waiting to happen) with a pump dispenser. Actually, come to think of it I think all bottles used by Dr H are made of glass.
I have been mixing this in with moisturiser ever since I finished my tube of Dermalogica Sheer Tint Moisture (which was nice and smelled fab btw). The bronzing concentrate is quite a versatile product, you can obviously tint your fave moisturiser, or sunblock for that matter, as much or as little as you want. I think this would also be good (for pale ladies) in order to darken foundation shade in summer (when you get a bit of a tan). It's not sticky, or oily, and it gives a nice healthy natural color. I did find though that when I mixed in too much of it (you only really need a tiny drop) it became harder to blend - normally when I use just a tad (to give me a hint of blood flow to the face ) I don't need to worry about blending it at all.
As I said earlier, this can actually be used by itself as well. I tried to do that but I got a rather uneven application (I think your skin needs to be super moisturiser to get it nice and even). However, instead of going for the whole face, I do use this as a blush sometimes. So I mix it in with moisturiser, apply all over and then apply a bit of it (not mixed with anything else) on my cheeks. Voila!
One thing I did notice with this is that it mixes better with some products than with others. For example, it mixed in beautifully with Carita Daily Protective Beauty Cream but didn't mix as well with Dermalogica Power Rich. In the end it doesn't matter because on your face the temperature melts it all together but on your hand it looks like there are tiny particles of bronzer that don't quite want to mix in (with the Power Rich that is).
Also, one thing did bug me about this on the beginning. If I use it every day or two then it's not a problem, however any longer break results in some dried up product in the pump. It could be because it's quite cold at night (it's winter now and my bathroom is not a friendly place in winter ). But, since I use this everyday now I decided that I can live with that little "flaw"
