As those of you who order from Sephora know, you have to spend 75 bucks to get free shipping. From now until May 2, the limit is only $50 bucks. I'm hoping Sephora goes to 50 sometime soon. I filled out a survey several weeks back and "Would you buy more from Sephora if the Free Shipping amount was $50 instead of $75" was a question on there.
Anyhoo...enter in MDAY as the code at checkout. Ends on May 2.
You could buy the Laura Mercier Mineral Foundation everyone is raving about AND have money over for a lipstick or something else  |

| Drat & double drat.. why do we beleagered canadians have to spend $120 for free shipping? To add insult to injury, it take about 3 weeks for the stuff to get here. |

On Amazon.com, Sephora is offering free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. Offer starts April 26th to May 2nd. Too bad they don't carry Laura Mercier on Amazon though...  |

I know that UPS sucks when it comes to shipping to Canada...I think Sephora uses UPS.
What is the best way to ship a package to Canada?
What about a CP? Would it end up being cheaper? |

No..thank goodness it doesnt..also precharges the tax so no customs either. The reason it takes long is the orders are routed through Rexdale, Ontario. Before we had sephoras in Canada, I'd get a package within 3 days. BTW shipping is 9.00 u.s. On the plus side, returns are simpler since I send the package to Ontario. The weird thing is, it cost $8. to send a package back, they get it next day, but it takes a month for them to process the refund!
The best way to ship is USPS air mail. I received a package from the u.s. within 3 days, with no tax or customs. This was the same package I had previously refused (it was sent UPS) and I would have had to pay about $40 brokerage fees on a $60. value package. |
