I am using numerous ingredients in my regime. I would like to know in what order the ingredients should be used in, also the time of day they should be used in. I would also like to know if any of these ingredients cancel each other out. The ingredients that I am currently using are Glycolic Acid (Cleanser), TNS, GABA Complex, Green Tea Extract, Vitamins A, C, E, Copper Peptide, and kinerase. Your help would be greatly appreciated! |

I can only help you with a few things. I use both TNS and copper peptides. I use TNS first apply copper peptide serum over this then my antioxident serum. Please note that copper peptides cancel out the c in your vitamin products. You can use 12 hours apart.
I just go ashead and use them together knowing that the c is inactive. So many products I like have c in them.
It's good that you're using the glycolic cleanser. The use of acids like that help to see results faster from your cps and TNS. |

Hi queenpedauque,
I can't even tell you how great the CP Serum is. You've inspired me to use this serum. Its been about 2 1/2 weeks that I've been using it and the results are noticable.
At night I use TNS, GABA complex, the CP Serum, a Retinol Serum, and a Green Tea Gel. In the morning I use Skinceuticals C+E with hydra B-5. It sounds accurate to me, I just wanted to make sure that Im applying them appropriately for optimal results. |

CARM302,
I'm so glad you like the cp serum.
Did you get any skin reaction or irritation at first? I was lucky and got only 1 or 2 tiny red bumps with first week of use.
I find the TNS great too. The 2 together are working so well for me.
btw, it sounds like you've chosen some good products for your whole regime. |
