URGENT – COSMETIC PRODUCT VOLUNTARY RECALL
March 20, 2007
We have recently been notified by Woodridge Labs, Inc (the manufacturer of DermaFreeze 365 products) that certain lots of two of their topical cosmetic products may have been exposed to Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which is a type of bacteria. Although the manufacturer has not received any reports of adverse reactions associated with the use of these products, for the sake of caution, they are asking retailers to return these products to them.
The products involved are as follows:
DermaFreeze 365 Instant Line Relaxing Formula: UPC Code 6-05923-36501-6
Derma Freeze 365 Neck & Chest : UPC Code 6-05923-36503-0
Consequently, we would suggest discontinuation of the use of any existing products referred to above. |
