I am so surprised that no one has reviewed this yet because I know quite a few of the EDS members have this.
I got the Anti-Oxident Mist (old formula) only since I don't think I need DMAE yet. Anyways, this smells like Sugar Cane juice (my mum tells me) because of the Rooibos Tea I think. Slightly sweet and herbally.
I use it after I apply my IPF Healing Serum to help absorption and lock in the moisture. It adds this slight glow to my skin. Seriously, if I didn't have pimple marks to cover I would not wear foundation because the mist on bare skin gives me the most gorgeous look. Seriously dewy and glowy, not oily at all.
I use it morning, night and whenever I feel a need for it. Got this in early February and even with daily use the bottle has gone down by a quarter only. It is a keeper for me.
Hope someone will review the new formula soon. Also who has the mist with the added DMAE? Does DMAE work if applied in such a way? |

Thanks for this review...I have this and completely forgot to review it!
I absolutely adore it. I don't have the DMAE version either as I don't need it either yet. I love it! I spray it on after waiting for my BHA and before my CK pearl creme...it makes it spread so well and absorb better.

You were one of the members who used it ! I saw a by passing comment on another thread.
Have you ever used it alone as a moisturiser? I am kinda using it like this at the moment, but it is summer so I wondered how it would do in winter.
I have just ordered some pearl creme so I shall try your suggested order of layering. |

Is the DMAE effective in this form? I am thinking of buying it for my mother, but she is so impatient (and lazy ), so I need something really simple to use. |

yes it it the Bitrate form, at effective percentages. I prefer to apply it to clean skin for best absorption around eyes etc. But I mix it with my oils to dilute them a bit and it works nicely as well. |

*beams* Thank you Tangal! You are totally the guru re IPF products.
For a person who has never used DMAE before what level should they start off with? I prefer the strongest amount tolerable because I want to reduce shipping costs. My mum can handle BHA/AHA at low doses already. Has normal skin, though stress is causing her to break out . |

well I personally use the strongest and always have. But my skin is normal, prone to oiliness, and does not get irritated easily at all.
DMAE at higher strengths can be drying and irritating, especially if your skin is dry or sensitive. The AO added to this formula do help off set that, but it still may be to much.
If you go with the stronger product you could always use it less often (once a day or every other day) I guess if its to much. I normally use it twice a day without problems - but again, my skin type may be completely different then yours. I see you are combo, with some dry areas. Not sure how sensitive you are.
Kim at IFP may be able to advise you better on specifics. |

I have been using this for awhile too. It smells like tea, which I have gotten used to. I haven't tried any DMAE yet, either. It's a nice mist, and it does leave my skin soft. Perfect for the summertime, but I recently added the clarifying serum (which is my new HG). I feel I need more moisture after that. |

I have the dmae/ao in the the 7.5 percent. I've only had it a week and am using it only once a day. Prior to this I was using Candy's 6%. So far, I prefer IFP as I like the blend and you get 3 more ounces for less. I apply this first *if not using bha/aha* then add the CP, follow with pearl cream and finish with the IFP spritzer to blend my Rejuvenating serum.

Thanks, Kimberly, for posting. I was always wondering when I should apply the CP. I also have the IFP 7.5% DMAE with antioxidant spritzer. How do you girls apply the spritzer? I was at first spritzing it right on my face, which I always scrunged my face up so tightly afraid the solution would get in my eyes. lol Kim told me she spritzed it in to her palm and then applied it to her face. |

Hi Cherisse,
LOL. I do the same as Kim recommended to you. Have you tried her facial spritzer yet? It works nicely with the serums.

Thank you for all the replies re the DMAE. I am definitely going to add it on to my shopping list.
BluesHeart please keep us updated on the spritz? I would love to know if you see any visible effects (given that DMAE works cumulatively) and if within what time frame.
Thank you once again every body . |

Hi Kimberly,
I haven't tried her facial spritzer yet. What is that for? Is it a throughout-the-day spritzer to freshen up?
So far I like IFP products. I think it's of good quality and reasonable prices.

I also use and love the 7.5% one (same as BluesHart).
Love all her products.

Hi Cherisse,
I use the facial spritzer to apply both the Pearl Cream and Rejuvenating Serum. I think it helps with application of the PC and I like how it helps the RS to absorb. And - it smells lovely. If I remember correctly, the IFP site says something about using it with MMU.

ETA: Lucy, you wouldn't be using the Moisturizing Serum by chance, would you? |

No, I am using Rejuventaing Serum (evening), Clarifying Serum (day), and Healing one - when and where needed. I also use and love both Pearl Creams.
