I need to buy a digital camera for a decent price. Any recommendations? I'm not into photography or anything like that, just need something for practical use, something small that can fit into my purse |

I purchased my first digital camera late last year, nd I bought a canon IXUS 60 because I am NO expert - it is easy to use, small, handy, idiot proof photos..has 15 mins for video (for when cats do something funny...!!!), and it was reasonably priced.
I love my camera, and wouldnt be without it anymore!!
Oh, but has been superseded, but that OK with me!!! |

Last year, after EXTENSIVE research, we bought a Nikon cool pix 4600. No regrets!! It's a wonderful camera and it does everything we could want. Thanks to hubby's constant monitoring of the sale papers, we ended up paying $50 less than usual, and got a mail in rebate as well. Now the same camera comes with a bigger view screen for the same price we paid, but we've had so much fun with it, we don't regret buying when we did. |

You will not go wrong with a Sony Cybershot. It fits neatly into a bag and is a fantastic piece of technology. |

I bought my Kodak on ebay for 1/2 price. It was refurbished though but it works great. I also got the dock on ebay. I was very patient. |
