I know that protecting your skin from UV rays will help but what else is there, either topical or otherwise, to prevent sagging of the skin? |

Started doing facial exercises too this month. I'm fairy young but I did feel like my face needed to look fresher and younger (I'm almost 28...). I really like what's been happening. I look more awake!
I'm thinking of looking into facial massaging and maybe you can start with that before you start exercising. The Tanaka massage is outlined on YouTube for free. You can follow along.
The other things I've heard of that help sagging are CPs, DMAE and Ionic massaging devices. I've used CPs for the last four months but don't know much about the other two. Just super interested! |

I'm told that using regular retinol, some peptides and vitamin C will help prevent skin sagging.
I have noticed a difference, but only time will tell over the years to see the proof. I know of this woman who has great volume in her face and her face shape is round and full like mine. She swore by not using moisturizers on daily basis and regular to daily exfoliation.
She looks better then Christie Brinkley and I think she is a little bit older. |
