Hi guys,

Has anyone out there tried these supplements? Do they really do what they say on the label? I feel another EDS spree on the way...and I'm wondering whether these supplements should be on my shopping list

hi Yazzy,
I'd tried it more than 2 mths ago, quite ok for me. The instruction is 2pills in the morning and 2 pills at nite. Well, basically I just take 2 in the morning for nite I didn't coz usually forgetten. I don't have the label now but i rememeber it include things like vitamin B, E, some minerals... so on and so forth. Vitamin B inside would make your urine more yellow and that's normal. My pimples was getting worse from last year mainly due to stress i think Sad , so I give it a try on Murad. Quite satisfy on the result Smile . However, don't dream of that there will be no pimples pop out, but there is improvement. I stopped after taking a bottle and result still sustained.

However, I would not make any recommendations. Always remember to consult your doctor before trying any supplement espsecially you are under medical treatment or have any kind of allergies. Exclamation

I have eaten it a month ago.It has a flavor of nut.But too large to swallow. So sometimes I broke it two pieces.
Now my face is getting clear and bright.
But too expensive for a month.

I used to use the Murad supplements, but a couple of months ago, I switched to the olay daily vitamin packs. I think that they are just as good (I am having the same results) and they cost about $14 a month. If you watch, Walgreens has BOGOF every couple of months.
