The one I purchased here has "Gezichts reinigings creme" as its German name on the box, but I saw on Dr. Hauschka's website that its german name is "Gesichts wasch creme". Does anybody here know why we have this difference?

That's interesting! I'd never noticed it before. The translation to English is much the same: Face Cleaning Cream vs. Face Wash Cream. So it's hard to fathom why the difference.

After I read your post, I wondered whether the same discrepancy existed for the Cleansing Milk. Unfortunately, since I bought mine locally in the U.S., it's not labeled for international sale. Thus, nothing but the English name is on that bottle.

I recently just read a similar story about la mer. the label prints on la mer in uk is different from the ones sold in US. I always wondered why is that.

I bought one from EDS that said "Gezichts reinigings creme" on one side of the tube and the french and english version on the other side. Today I received one that I ordered from someone in Germany that said "Gesichts washcreme" on one side and german instructions on the other. No other language anywhere on the tube or leaflet.
