LOL That's because we have two types of exclamation marks in Spanish:
¡¡-This one goes at the beginning of the sentence
!!-This one goes at the end of the sentence.
You have just one type in English, at the end.
So when you say:
Thanks !!
We say in Spanish:
¡¡Gracias!!
