I've heard that 5 Dermanew treatments equals 1 professional microdermabrasion. I didn't find that 5 treatments gave the same results as 1 professional one, however, I still am happy with this product and will continue to use it because it does leave my skin much more soft and clear than using a regular exfoliator. After 5 days of use, my skin looked very bright and refreshed.
I think if you are expecting to banish deep lines or scars you might be disappointed with this product, but if you have reasonable expectations and want to give your skin a nice "glow" you'll love it!
I also bought the Dermanew Purifying Gel Cleanser and the Hydrating Refresher to use with the system. I have sensitive skin and find the cleanser drying, I will only use it when I am using the Demanew. It also comes in handy for cleaning the sponges. I love the refresher and use it all the time. |

I agree with this review. I was a little disappointed because I bought it as a dupe for the clarisonic. But I stopped using it after a while cause I just didnt really feel like it was doing what I hoped it would (e.g. lighten acne scars). Now I wish I just spent the extra and got the Clarisonic Mia... |

I tried this years ago like 2003.... I like the results, but it wasn't like a professional microdermabrasion. |
