The problem is that my skin coulour is pale light, but my cheeks are light red, and when im hot, they go bright red - making me look like a clown. So how do i get my cheeks pale like the rest of my face? I want to avoid stuff like make-up, is there any other way? Will drinking water or eating alot of vegetables solve this problem? Please help me, id really appreciate it. Thanks!!

Hi steve. I suffer with a similar problem. I cover mine with make-up. But I can totally understand why you don't want to do that. I don't know the answer but Magda or Betterat40 or someone else will read this thread and give you the perfect answer. Cos they are all clever and helpful.

are they red with visible veins? if so you could get the veins zapped with either a laser or electrolysis. otherwise maybe vitamin K creams such as J/A/S/O/N/S naturals one may help. I rather fear it may be hereditory though, in which case you will probably just have to adopt that kind of bashful demeaner that is successfully employed by many men to pull the birds. Alternatively Loopy is probably right and someone will give you blinding advise. Either way welcome, we like men here Very Happy

Sounds like classic good-looking skin and coloring. At least no pimples on those easy to make blush cheeks. Thank your lucky stars. Smile

Laying off the drink is always a good idea for the pinkish complexion. But seriously, the only thing I have ever heard of for reducing redness is a prescription cream called Aclovate. But I think this is more for people who have a chronic skin condition - not just an easy blush.

I recommend studying Princes William and Harry very carefully as they too have high color in their cheeks. I would copy their demeanor and act accordingly. Smile

Steve, have found something that might help. Read about it in the dentist's this morning sounds pretty good. It's by 'prescriptives' and I think it's called redness relief gel. I looked it up on the web and it sounds like it is made just for your problem. I hope this helps. Let me know how you get on Wink
