I have to rave about Best Bath Store CS!! First of all, Liz was so sweet to share a discount code with me (THANKS LIZ), but I was delinquent to order because I had to wait for my tax refunds. So about 2 months later, I wasn't sure if the code was still good and I emailed Justin to ask if it was still valid. He wasn't sure either, so he created a code for me to use. I placed an order this morning and within an hour I got an email that my order was shipped. WOW!! What an awesome store to order from! I love love love their Intensive Undereye Treatment cream, and have recommended it to several friends. I also love their shampoo, body lotion and pore refining toner. I ordered some free samples of the shaving stuff for my bf to try, too. BBS is nothing short of AMAZING!!! |

Thanks for sharing, bkkgirl! CS like that is one of the things that keeps me going back to the Best Bath Store! Like you, I love their under eye treatment (it's the only one I use, actually), toner, body lotion, and of course their shampoo. (Now that Pureology has sold out to L'Oreal I imagine I'll be relying on the BBS shampoo more and more. |

No, THANK YOU! You were the one who gave me the code. You're so sweet.
PS: Blake still needs to win. LOL
PSS: I stocked up on the shampoo and lotion. I bought 3 shampoos and 2 lotions. Well, I also bought 2 eye creams. I'll store what I don't yet use in the fridge to make sure they stay good until I'm ready to use them. |

I was a huge fan until I got an email from them threatening to sue me because they said I hadn't paid for my last order.
I contacted paypal immediately, who confirmed that the payment had in fact been processed, so it appeared that it was just a mistake on BBS's part.
The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth because it wasn't a nice email, the amount they thought I had stiffed them was only $24, and I never really got an apology--just an email offering me a small discount off my next order.
In my opinion, the whole situation was handled poorly, and I just couldn't believe that their first reaction was to threaten to SUE me for an error on their part.
I know they're a small operation, so mistakes can happen--but I was disappointed with how it was handled.
I haven't ordered from them since, and honestly I don't know if I will again.
Don't want to be a downer, and I'm absolutely not trying to discourage anyone else from ordering from them. I just wanted to share my expxerience. |

Helen, if you want to buy it, you should. The lotion while unscented has lavender hydrosol in it which has a light fragrance. I love the feel of it as it is not greasy. Heck, I liked it so much I bought two.
Tularyn, sorry to hear about your experience. I must say I'm surprised. In all my dealings with Justin, he had been nothing less than gracious and generous. I think if you ever want to buy anything from BBS again, you should probably email Justin himself (he's the owner) and solve the problem with him. I really can't see Justin be mean to anyone. |

Received my order from BBS last night. I started using the shampoo this morning. It's great to have the full size because I had to use a lot! It will take some getting used to using shampoo without a lot of suds, but my hair seems to like it. It's soft and no gunky feeling in it, especially in the ends. I will be using this alternating with the TJs shampoo. I'm still using TJs conditioner since BBS doesn't have regular conditioner that spreads easily. |

If I remember correctly from one of Justin's old posts, they do ship internationally. If you can hold off till July or Aug, I can bring one to you. But if you can't, you should PM Justin to see if they do that, or email them on their web site. |

I emailed the company but never got a reply.
I don't know Justin's username.
Anyway, thanks for the offer. But God knows where I'll be in July or August. I'm always away somewhere. |

Is that the normal rate that you usually pay to have things shipped to Thailand? Yeah, I don't think guys like to say lots of things in their email. My bf used to give me a two-word reply to my 2 paragraph email. It kinda turned me off emailing him, so I started having him call me instead. LOL |

Well, I've pm'ed Darren (PSF) before and always have had nice lovely replies from him. I certainly got more than 2 words out of him!
Re shipping, it depends on what you would class as normal. For USPS, I normally pay around 10-15 bucks. Honestly, I think 19.95 is a bit much. It's definitely more than I expected to pay. So I'm kinda turned off ordering from BBS now. I was mainly interested in the eye cream and the shampoo, but I don't think they justify the shipping cost especially when I've never tried the products before. |

I thought I read somewhere a while back that you can order the 5 free samples although the poster who asked was from the UK. I'll try to see if I can find that post, but if you don't want to buy from them any more, then don't. You have to feel comfortable with who you buy from.
ETA: Ok, I didn't lose my mind. I found BBS's post on shipping free samples internationally:

We do ship samples overseas, it's a flat $7.95 to most countries but I sent you a PM, any other questions please let me know. I think you'll love our eye cream, acne treatment gel, and unscented lotion, you can check out site and browse around. It's BestBathStore(dot)com |
