Hi ladies,
I've been using Alpha Derma CE since the beginning of March - I'm down to the last 1/5th of my 1 oz. bottle and the pump is no longer dispensing any product. For the last couple of days I removed the pump and tapped the bottle onto the heel of my hand, but wind up with too MUCH product. [ visualize what it's like to get ketchup out of bottle - you either have to keep pounding at the bottom of the bottle to get it out, or it ends up splashing all over your new white blouse ]
I emailed JB this morning but I'm impatient and am hoping someone else has ideas - This stuff is way too expensive to NOT use up very last bit of product.
Thanks in advance, |

Excellent question. I too am near the bottom of a bottle of ACDE and cannot get at the last bit. It's very frustrating as the stuff is so $$$. Hope someone has some ideas! |

Keep it upside down and take out the dropper which should be full of liquid and then I just rub it off with my hands. There is so much at the bottom and its too expensive to waste. |

That is exactly what I did with mine. I stored it upside down in a clean drinking glass. It worked great.

I stuck a Q-Tip into the plastic tube thingy and just waved it around on the bottom of the bottle - I must have gotten about 4 weeks worth of product out of it! |

I leave the bottle upside down and use it very sparingly. |

Would drinking straw help? |

Great ideas ladies, thank you! One thing I like about Murad packaging is that this problem never occurs - a little plastic plate is placed at the bottom of the bottle; when product is dispensed via the measured pump, the plate shifts upward, bringing all the product up with it.
Hmmm, not sure if that would work w/ glass bottles, however.
I like the q-tip idea especially |

How about decanting it into a much smaller bottle and keep the dropper to get to the last bit.
JB should be informed about that, maybe the will have a solution. |
