I received my starter kit for anti-aging (Not Hot) about 5 days ago and have been using it everyday. My skin feels amazing. The Eight greens serum and moisturizer are definately keepers. Thanks EDS for the quick and great service. |

I have the Eminence Peach Masque
Description:
Moisturizing & Enriching
• Revitalizes and enriches the epidermis
• Refreshes and smoothes the complexion
• Rejuvenates the skin
• Tightens the pores of fatigued skin
This masques delivers everything that it says. Add a little water to your fingers and just a little masque glides across you face. I look forward to this Eminence Peach Masques giving me many treatments.
Eminence Organics makes my mouth water. I hope to try several other masques. Masques have aways been my weakness. |

greetings
as it is winter here in ottawa, canada my combination skin (mid 30s) was getting into a dry spell. My skin is pretty young-looking (look 20ish), prone to breakouts though. had a facial with eminence products and was impressed. usually i can get by with light moisturizer from Weleda but i found my skin was flaking.
I had tried eminence maybe 4 years ago, but only some moisturizer products. i decided to go the whole kaboodle and try a whole bunch of stuff this time. I've only used them for a few weeks, but they're fun and feeling really good on my skin. It's opening up possibilities for me to finally have really good skin...I suppose it's another way to show I love myself!
the spa I go to in Ottawa had most of the eminence line, and i was able to smell and experience the ones I was interested in. I bought a bunch of kits and products...here are some reviews...
Rosehip and maize mask is wonderful. i was skeptical, but it smells good, and really does a good job at gentle exfoliation. My skin really needed this.
for my winter skin I am using linden calendula cream. it seems to be going well although in the summer I will switch to something lighter.
sun defense spf30 foundation minerals is good, ingredients list was impressive, i was used to jane iredale pressed powder, and the eminence line had good quality ingredients plus vitamins too. the only drawback is the applicator is taking some time to get used to, although it's nice not to have to bring both a foundation brush and a powder. the foundation has a perfume to it. it's not overpowering but i guess i'm just not used to my foundation having a scent.
blueberry soy repair masque - had this in my facial and have a sample - the texture and smell is nice, although it is a cream and I don't feel I need this added moisture for my combination skin. having a good moisturizer and the hydrating masques (stone crop and sour cherry) is enough hydration on a home-use basis.
citrus lip balm is gorgeous. light lemon scent, goes on smooth, soft, thick, really hydrates my dry winter lips. I'm used to buying cheaper (organic) lip balms from a tube and didn't think I could be seduced into paying $25 cdn for lip balm, but the texture of it really impressed me.
wild plum eye cream is a light but effective eye cream. smells delicious, addictive. feels good on the eyes - not too heavy yet i feel hydrated. tried other natural products before and found them too oily and didn't feel good on my eyes.
stone crop gel cleanser - love it. lathers and cleanses effectively
stone crop masque - nice fresh scent. my skin feels soothed, hydrated and even lightened and brightened from it.
stone crop serum..fun to apply, delicate liquid texture. also nice scent.
pear and poppyseed microderm polisher - didn't like the feel of this on my skin from the facial. it felt harsh for me, but I have sensitive, fairly delicate skin.
sour cherry masque--i would say pick things based on aromatherapy and colour as well...and i absolutely loved the smell and colour of this masque. delectable
cucumber eye gel - i have a sample of this, surprised that i like it..light consistency, but feels really good on the eye.
just bought the stone crop toner and couperose-c serum. I have mild rosacia and i hear C is good for lightening anyway (I have some age spots, and I put stone crop serum on it as well).
have fun!

I use the eye exfoliant and I love it! I don't have milia but the product leaves my eye area smooth and even. |

I too have tried the exfoliant and I think it's a great product. I also tried the Raspberry mask but was not as impressed with that. |

greetings
Update: skin feels smooth after using products for about two months, don't need the heaviness of linden calendula cream anymore though. I've been trying some sample moisturizers, I tend to like rosehip moisturizing cream
re: questions from forum - lemon lip balm...i use it about twice daily, it's lasted more than a month now, probably can use it at least a month more...
I haven't tried the eye exfoliant yet, although i have a sample. The eye masque..sampled its consistency, not that impressed with it. I really like the wild plum eye cream and cucumber eye gel though. really feels good around the eye, pleasant smells too.
The mineral foundation with brush - good ingredients, nice shimmery powder, not that heavy coverage but natural light coverage...good overall but the only drawback is the bristles of the brush actually fall onto the face upon application. I don't know if it's just this particular brush I have, so I may just go into the spa where I got it and get it exchanged. Not the best quality of bristle though, Jane Iredale brushes are of much higher quality, softer and denser bristles.

I've only ever tried the sweet rose cleanser and the eight greens whip moisturizer and I wasn't terribly impressed with either one. And very expensive as well, for me anyway. |

I have tried quite a few masks from Eminance Oganics. I love every one of them, they leave my skin smooth and soft. And it's just fun to use their masks, love the colour and smell, yum!!!! I'm tempted to try all of their masks lol |

I wanted to add a quick review for the Anti-Aging Kit (Not Hot) as well. I was getting near the end of my current skincare supplies and wanted to try something new. I liked the idea of Eminence, so I ordered the Anti-Aging Kit in Not Hot. I also ordered the Wild Plum eye cream.
I've been using this kit exclusively for a week now and I really like these products so far! My skin feels so soft, and I haven't experienced any breakouts other than one small spot on my chin which just popped up a day ago. It hasn't gotten any worse though and I do experience the odd breakout on any skincare routine I've used. I should also say my other issues are hyperpigmentation and blackheads. I don't have any wrinkling other than some very fine lines developing around the eyes.
Other than my skin feeling very soft and not experiencing any dry patches (which I think I had more of when I was using the harsher actives), I "think" this might be loosening some of the blackheads on my chin more easily. They are still there mind you, but before they seemed to be so embedded they were hard to remove (yes, I know I shouldn't probably try!), but today I noticed there were a few that seemed much easier to extract. Maybe my skin is finally getting the moisture balance it needs?
I am impressed enough so far, that I am planning on ordering the Stone Crop sample set as well and then determining from both kits which products are keepers. So far I could see myself keeping all the products from the Anti-Aging kit in my routine, but because of my hyperpigmentation, I wanted to possibly add in some of the Stone Crop products as well.
Oh, and the Wild Plum Eye Cream seems fairly good. The skin around my eyes doesn't seem dry, so it appears to do a good job of moisturizing. I wouldn't say it's any better than the Cellcosmet Eye Contour Cream I was using, but I do like that it doesn't feel as heavy and yet still seems to be doing just as good a job.
Hope this might help anyone who may be on the fence about trying these products. |

I noticed this too! Which is kind of a bad thing for me, because it just means I'm tempted to squeeze more
But that's my own issue, and not Eminence. lol. |

I love the Eminence sugar plum oil free revitalizer. It's a perfect night moisturizer for oily skin. It absorbes well and does not feel greasy. I love the sugar plum scent, but it could be overwhelming for some people. Moreover I love that it's organic. |

btw, there're so~ many different types of masks & moisturizers out there. I really wanna try them all. But I'm afraid to commit to the full price if it doesn't work out on my annoying skin. Does anybody know where I can get samples from then? Or a trial kit to try out various masks?
I know some spa carries this brand but most likely they won't just hand out free samples to me. Also, just trying it out once won't tell me if my skin is suitable or not. |

If you are okay with eBay, Stardusty, this seller has a wide variety of samples from page 3 on...

Thanks havana8! I just checked the link. They do sell samples at 0.99 if nobody bids on it but the shipping is outrageous!! It's a fixed rate at $3.50 to Canada and an additional $1.75/ item. If I'm to order more than 5-6 samples, that'll add up to more than $10 shipping!! |
