Has anyone taken any fun trips this summer or planning any soon? Maybe I can live vicariously through you! I'm feeling so restless this summer and am really feeling the urge to travel again. I need to save some money and I probably shouldn't take any time off work though.
So anything exciting going on? |

Hi SnowWhite,
I wished I had anything exciting going on to share it with u. I know this feeling of restlessness especially this summer vacation when i'm trying to make a career makeover after 7 years working the same job.
I , too , wants to travel - travel to an exotic place- Maybe New Zealand Where the beauty of nature. Tickle tests at tickle.com said it would be the perfect place for me to travel. Who knows!!
I always dreamt before graduation of going on a tour around the world or at least around Asia, North Africa and Europe n I still long for it.. I wish to c Sicily and Venice. I read about both n attended presentations on both 2 weeks ago. I like presentations on PowerPoint ; vivid with pictures. Auditory n visual learning is a good key to easy handy knowledge. Why don't u attend presentation or workshops ,if available, about other places in the world?
I travel twice a year to the country where I'm working for six years now, snowwhite, get into the plane 4 times a year. But I'm not happy as i thought i would be before. People think I'm blessed. Sure. Every cloud has a sliver lining but travelling for your job is not as travelling for tourism to simply have fun.
I wish other people here would have exciting travelling stories to share. I like the good recipes they give already n would be happy reading |

I'm really excited...I just found some phenomenal deals on Lufthansa's website and I'm thinking that I might be able to afford a little trip after all. I mean, $229 for a trip from Washington, DC to London? That is great! Maybe I can finally visit the magical Boots pharmacy I keep hearing about! |

That’s a great deal, you should go!
I’m currently trying to dispose of the points in my frequent flyer account, making short trips every 3 to 4 weeks until they’re all gone, which should take me till the end of the year at least. Yes, my life is so hard
I’ve got a free ticket to Bangkok next weekend. Bangkok boys, look out! |

Bangkok sounds like so much fun! I have always wanted to travel to Southeast Asia too. Definitely on the list of places to go. |
