I have just been browsing the Boots website and I've noticed that the Sanctuary have re-vamped all their skincare products!
I had previously used their cleansing balm but wasn't too impressed, but today I notice they have introduced something in a tube called
"Perfectly Polished Hot Cloth Cleanser"
It comes in a 150ml tube with a muslin cloth. Now does that sound like a certain other product we might know?!?!!
It's about £10, I'm very intrigued. If this is a Liz Earle equivalent then saving all the mail order stuff could be very handy. |

Hi Lola
Just got back from Boots now - they had a big sign up saying out of stock of that serum so you did well to get some!
My Mum was very pleased as I found a sample size of the stuff in my makeup bag this afternoon, I must have been given it in one of their No7 promotion packs. She's going to have a go with it anyway.
I got some of the cleanser, haven't tried it yet but the ingredients look very similar to Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish - Cocoa Butter, Hops, Chamomile etc. It's £9 for 150ml so works out a bit cheaper too. Fingers crossed! |

I got a free illuminating 24 hour moisturiser last month. It's ok but I tend to use on legs and not face |

I got one of those spend £10 get a £5 Voucher and the new Sanctury Spa Skincare line was included.
Now I really do not need any more skincare but on a whim I got the:
-Sanctuary Spa Covent Garden Cleansing Facial Wash and I absolutely love it
I normally find low end cleansers to be like paint stipper but this is quite mild.
You get 200ml for about £6 in a pump bottle, it it a clear gel consistency and lathers up nicely.
Removes all my make-up and smells so good, has a lovely light fragrance or chamomile, Cornflower and Cucumber.
I have Oily/Combination skin but I think this cleanser would be suitable for all skin types.
I'd list the ingredients but as with most Boots products it is quite a long list and I would be sat here all night
I would like to try other items from the Spa range especially the face masks and facial scrub if I ever use up what I have |

Yes the foaming cleanser also sounded nice!
I've just used the Hot Cloth Cleanser and it is almost IDENTICAL to Liz Earle both in performance and texture. The main difference is the smell; whereas Liz Earle smells more refreshing with eucalyptus and rosemary, this one has more of a rose type smell. Still very pleasant though.
What is really interesting is that my skin sometimes feels a bit tight after using cleanse and polish and I did not experience this at all with the sanctuary cleanser - so might be better for dry skins than C&P?
I was really impressed by the new range of products; the packaging looks sharp and expensive and there is a good range of exfoliants and masks. The other thing I had my eye on was the Hydrating Toner - which smells just like rosewater and costs about £6. I've also ordered the Brightening Eye Gel as that sounded good too.
Sorry to go on, it's just so lovely to find a decent range for a reasonable price that I don't have to order off the internet!!
Give it a look!

I had one of those £5 off vouchers a couple of weeks ago and bought the hydrating toner with it (so it only cost me 95p - can't be bad!). I like it a lot - it has a faint smell of roses and feels very refreshing. The ingredients list is kind of long, and I'm sure there are probably lots of nasties in there, but my skin seems to be liking it so far. |

I thought their ingredient is only full of silicone. it's not a little benefit with skin. |

I'm gonna have to check out the Hot Cloth Cleanser in Boots in Bangkok and see if they stock it here. I've noticed they've revamped the whole body line, but I've never actually tried any though. |

Let me know what you think! My Mum actually preferred it to Liz Earle as she said it didn't feel as drying.
I've always used Cleanse and Polish with no probs though so would have to try this longer before deciding. |

I've been using Eve Lom Cleanser and I love it, but it'd be nice to find something cheaper and available here so I won't have to pay 15 quid for shipping every time I order. |

I checked at Boots near my house and the new cleanser wasn't available yet. It seems they have pulled a lot of skincare line, but are now offering more body products. |
