I just received my Refoliator and used it for the first time. I found that the measured pump dose is too much. Is this normal, do I need this much, should I just push the pump half way? Does anyone else find this? TIA |

I don't think you have to use an entire measured pump. I usually "lightly" pump my DNA Repair and Barrier Repair to get a little product out each time. I end up having to pump more than once, but I prefer that over getting out to much product and wasting it.

Just lightly press the pump to get as much as you need. You would only need a full pump if you are applying it to both your face and neck. |

Yes, bushy and schang are right. Once you get the hang of it, it's easy just to lightly press down half way, and works out much more economical! |

Honestly, I reckon I press the pump on the DNA repair half way at most, and as it's so light and fluid I get enough product for my whole face and neck too! |

I actually just use slight pressure on the pump and find only a very small amount comes out. The amount of pressure determines the amount pumped out so try pressure rather than actually pressing. HTH. |

Thanks for the help! Was just wondering if it really took that much product, it really was too much, I ended up putting all over my chest and arms! Now I just use a little. |
