This is the best mascara ever! It's one of the new types with the silicone brush, of which I tried a few-- Cover Girl, Rimmel, Physician's Formula... Maybelline is the only one that I would buy again. They really nailed it. The brush is shaped so that it really grabs every lash, and the formula is CLUMP FREE! It doesn't flake during the day. I bought it in 'soft black' and it makes my lashes long, but they still look like my lashes. Not like lashes with a bunch of mascara on them. I also like the neat green tube.
What spurred me to buy this was I'd really fallen for their Full n' Soft mascara, so I was hoping this would be great too. And it is! I finally tossed all my other mascaras that had been languishing at the bottom of my makeup case.
I've also tried Revlon 3D exreme mascara. It was on sale and I had a coupon. Talk about anti-climactic. The brush is tiny and the bristles are all smooshed looking. It takes about four applications for it too look like I put anything on. Wouldn't recommend this one. |

I agree with you. I love this mascara. Most mascaras flake on me after a few hours but this one doesn't budge, doesn't clump and coats my lashes perfectly. |

Clump Free, the magic words, I'm going to CVS to pick up a tube, thanks! |

Thanks for the review. Does this mascara extend the lashes at all? |

Yes, it does. I bought the soft black color, so the effect is subtle, but if you bought the very black shade, it'd be more dramatic. it also blows my mind how the brush manages to actually define every single lash. I guess the name's appropriate. |

I'm gonna have to get this. I've been missing Maybelline's Lash-by-Lash and Dial-a-Lash and this sounds like it might be a good replacement for it. |
