No responses? Exclamation
I don't know if it qualifies as a mask exactly, but Eyesential lift (there are also similar other brands), gives me some short term joy. It paints on an hardens and tightens before you wash it off.
Depends what you are trying to achieve, your age, skin condition etc...

I like Fruits and Passion Defense Purifying Mask because it is a good non-drying deep cleansing mask. It contains extracts from chardonnay grape seeds which have antioxidant properties. I suppose that's good.

I've got combination skin and alternate between SKII Facial Treatment Mask and Jurlique's Moor Purifying Mask.
I use Jurlique when I need a deep cleanse and the SKII to replenish moister into my skin.

I am a big fan of any mask from the Body Deli out of CA.

Recently I was very impressed with Dermalogica Skin Hydrating MasqueSize: 74 ml / 2.5 oz. EDS sells this mask. It is reasonable for 2.5 oz. and makes you skin feel so soft, and hydrated. I will reorder this mask.

Description:
A refreshing, oil-free gel of calming botanicals and antioxidant vitamins to restore critical moisture to dry dehydrated skin.
BENEFITS

Rehydrates dry, stressed skin and promotes suppleness while helping to reduce fine, dry lines.
Antioxidants help repair daily damage caused by free radicals.
Plant extracts help soothe and calm skin.

Useage:
Apply a smooth film to clean face and throat.
Allow masque to absorb for ten to fifteen minutes.
Rinse with tepid water.
(Note: May also be used as an eye masque.)

Ingredients:
Calming botanical extracts of Bitter Orange, Hops, Cucumber and Arnica reduce inflammation.
Antioxidant Vitamins A, C and E help repair daily damage caused by free radicals.
Panthenol (Pro-vitamin B5) nourishes and replenishes skin and helps promote cell regeneration.

I really love Cellcosmet Anti-stress Mask-cream because it does feel like I'm treating myself and usually I do this when I'm stressed or coming down with a cold. I find that it calms my skin down and I look more relaxed.

Right now, I am really liking the OSEA White Algae and Red Algae masks.

The White Algae is SO hydrating and leaves my skin plump and glowing -- I love it!

I use the Red Algae mask whenever my skin starts to misbehave (clogged pores, pimples). It seems to nip breakouts in the bud and also makes extractions easy.

I have about 30 different kinds of masks currently. I use 2 differrent kinds of masks everyday. ok, the best, for me are;

Jurlique's Moor Purifying and Jurlique's Intense Recovery masks;

PSF PUMPKIN Peel;

Dermalogica's Vitamin Mask.

I have yet to find out the best moisturising mask. I have tried Valmont, Fresh (ROSE), OSEA (White algae), PSF, SKII ... to name just a few, but none is impressive . So, anyone any recommedation?

my favorites:

zia's papaya enzyme facial mask
zia's citrus night reversal mask

i got these in the trial sizes which comes in their dry skin kit and love it! they have really cleared and brighten up my complexion, all without over drying. i use them EVERY other day and still no drying up.

the citrus night reversal contains natural aha/bha (i think) that may cause purging for a few days.

i love them. i use the night reversal right after the papaya mask and they work great in combination.

i just purchased more of the trial sizes at whole foods for $5 each. each trial size is .25 and lasts up to 3 weeks. yep. i'm still not even in half of the trial size and i've been using them for over a week.

highly recommended.

I just used the PSF Pumpkin mask for the first time tonight. My skin is combo with oily shine and probably the beginning of rosacea on my cheeks (drier and redder than the rest of my face). I'm sensitive to the pure/high concentrate vit-c serums. PSF Berry Beneficial Antioxidant Serum feels good but PSF StimuColl-C Intensive Eye Serum burns so bad it makes me want to rip my skin off.

I used a thin layer of the PSF Pumpkin masque and waited 5 minutes. It didn't smell as good as I expected/read but it didn't smell bad either. More like unbaked pumpkin pie rather than fresh out of the oven baked pie. When my 5 min timer went off, I didn't feel any burning. As soon as I started to rinse it off with warmish water, it felt like my face was burning. I started to worry that it was going to be red for work tomorrow. I changed the water from warmish to cool and rinsed really well. As I continued to rinse, the cool water felt good on my face and the burning sensation faded.

My skin felt good after that initial burn subsided. It looks and feels really clean. I'm definitely going to try it again. I think I have enough for another 2 applications from my sample if I apply thin coats. I love the PSF samples! My suggestion to anyone who thinks they have sensitive skin would be wait 2-3 minutes instead of 5 for the first time. I should have.

I did apply the PSF Cellular night cream afterward so my cheeks don't get too dry. I'm not sure what most people do after a mask if you have combo skin. I'm kind of new to facial routine and learning as I go Smile

Is there any type of wax in Alba's? They can clog your pores.
