Everyone puts stuff ON their face but I think a lot has to do with what you put INSIDE your body. What do you do? I take omega 3 fish oil, multivitamin, hair and skin vitamins, brewers yeast, lecithin granules, selenium, whey protein protein powder.CQ10,grape seed oil, citracal, collagen pills by neocell.,vit C,alpha lipoic acid etc.... I also am very careful to stay out of the sun.,and I sleep on my back, not on my stomach or side.I also do a body cleanse and eat prunes every day!I drink a lot of water with lime juice and stay away from fried food;I try to eat a lot of fruit and veggies. What do you do? |

whoa. that's a lot of stuff. i guess i'm lazier. i dont think about it so much
also, for me its not so much about wrinkles as it is controlling my acne.
i take a lot of Vit C. but i dont take it specifically for my skin..its so i can control my allergies. I take a multi, but i don't take other things like vit A and omega-3 on a regular basis though i know i probably should.
I also try to drink lots of water and lay off the caffeine. eating chocolate a few days in a row causes me to break out, so i try not to do that. otherwise, i lead a fairly healthy lifestyle, try to eat well and i exercise on a regular basis. I don't do it for my skin though, its for my overall health. and if my skin likes it, that's a bonus. ![Very Happy](images/smiles/biggrin.gif) |

I take daily 1gr of vit. C, a skin-hair-nails supplement (which seems to be working well) and twice a day a combination of aminoacids that the derm prescribed for my hair, and which also seems to be doing a good job.
Furthermore, I drink water with ACV 3x daily (I don't know if it's doing anything, but it hasn't harmed either) and 4-5 cups of green tea.
Goes without saying that I avoid the sun and use a broad spectrum sunblock every single day (I live in Greece, which is pretty sunny).I believe this has helped a lot to keep my skin fresh looking. |

I take brewers yeast, lecithin and vitamin c, but the supplement that has made the most difference to my skin is cod liver oil. I take a dose every second day or so and my skin is looking much more hydrated. |

I take vitamins, fish oil, and try to eat and drink healthy things (fruits, veggies, green tea, etc.). I also get plenty of exercise. However, I eat and drink too many unhealthy things as well: too much sugar, fried foods, sugar, caffeine, sugar, did I mention sugar? |

I take most of those supplements but the big one I add is MSM for me, really makes a difference in my skin and hair. |

I take vitamin C and MSM. For a while I took a vitamin B complex, but then I took a blood test which revealed that my level was sky-high and I stopped. So now I stick to just C and sulfur. I also drink a lot of water, exercise and eat wholesome food ![Angel](images/smiles/eusa_angel.gif) |

I drink lots of water, get 7-8 hours of sleep, limit my refined sugar intake, and eat a balanced diet. I don't take any supplements, but after reading some of these posts, I think it may be time to start. ![Smile](images/smiles/smile.gif) |

Not enough, I'm sure. I take a gram and a half of MSM, a multivitamin, and try to eat a healthy diet. We're getting most of our fruits and beggies at the local farmer's market these days--eating locally whenever possible--so that means for us lots of winter squash, kale, mustard greens, and apples. Luckily we've canned or frozen plenty of summer produce and berries. But we'll be looking forward to spring greens come March, I tell you that for sure. |

What about avoiding sugar because of glycation? Dr. Denesse (sp?) said that Sun, Sugar, and Smoking are three of the biggest agers.
I can avoid the sun and don't smoke but sugar is a hard one to cut out. ![Smile](images/smiles/smile.gif) |

Oh I forgot! I take MSM too. I ordered some mangosteen pills to take too.because I heard that was excellent for antioxidants, antiagain and its a very good anti-inflammatory.I agree smoking is very bad for the skin and I notice all the women at work who smoke have husky voices and their skin looks at least 10 yrs older than they really are. |

I take:
Vita C
Omega 3-6-9 pills
Vita B stress complex
multivitamin
Potassium
Acidopholus and Bifidus
There is also co Q-10 that I took before but didn't notice anything. My nails grow fast and this may contribute to my improving skin or its just the new skincare regime. |

I have drank the Xango Mangosteen Drink. It is very good. Didn't know you could buy in pill form. Where do you order from? |

Here's what I take on a daily basis....
Multi-vitamin (3 times a day)
Ester C (2 times a day)
Omega 3, 6, and 9 (2 times)
B Complex
Vitamin D
Calcium and Magnesium
Liquid Chlorophyll
Also...
Ground up flax seed sprinkled on foods
Rice Vinegar
Nutritional yeast
Lecithin
Hemp Seed Hearts
Bee pollen
Nuts and Seeds
Lots of fruits and veggies
A TON of water!!
I exercise for at least 45 minutes EVERY day (yes, even with a 6 month old baby!): I read once that exercise is the closest thing we have to the fountain of youth - it stimulates our human growth hormone which depletes as we age.
My biggest weakness? SUGAR! I try to get my fix with natural sugars found in fruit. I've been off refined sugar for 4 weeks now and, amazingly, I don't crave it anymore! |

WOW! You guys take awesome care of yourselves. I on the other hand, not so much.
On a regular basis, I take a multivitamin, calcium + D, and calcium magnesium + zinc.
Now for the bad; not enough water, all the wrong foods, several cigarettes a day, and sedentary life style due to an ongoing disability.....Oh yeah, and I love to have a glass of wine or 3 now + then.....
Jeeez, that really hit me when I wrote it down..
Going to bury my head in shame...
