Hi everyone! I was wondering if anybody had any advice on what supplements/vitamins I can take to get thicker hair. I searched online and found a product called Hairtopia that looks pretty promising. Has anyone had any experience with this or another vitamin that worked for them? Looking forward to see what you have to say! |

I am not sure if any thing like that will help. If anything, I would try MSM and Biotin and make sure you eat a diet with a healthy amount of protein. I've also read from an Indian poster on another message board that the secret to their lovely hair is a mixture of coconut oil and castor oil rubbed into their scalps. I havent tried it but I am all for natural helpers. |

So how much MSM and Biotin do you think I would need to take to have an impact? I looked up Biotin and it seems to only come in really small amounts (micrograms).
Maria- That Indian remedy sounds interesting too. I might have to give that a try. |
