Hi all. I placed a $314.50 order with Skinterra on August 31st. The charge went through on my credit card right away. I am very nervous because the order has yet to arrive ,& I can't seem to get a response.I've tried calling and e-mailing. Does anybody know if this is a reputable company? This is a huge amount of money for me.Thanks for any advice.

I spoke with them a couple of years back. I would try getting a hold of them or e-mailing them to let them know you never got a response. Tell them that if you don't hear anything you'll dispute the charges.

I have placed a few orders with them with no problems. Are you in the states or overseas? If you are overseas, two weeks are probably not too long considering it has to go through customs.

Hi

There has been some problems with USPS Global Priority Mail. I bought something from ebay and it now more than 4 weeks and it still has arrived. The ebay seller said that there was a problem with mail sent during August as a lot of customers have received their orders.

Thanks for all your responses. I'm in California, so shipping from Arizona should be pretty fast. It's now Day 17 & still no order.
Hopefully, Monday someone will respond.

UPDATE:
Some one from my office had signed for the delivery & put it away. Skinterra called today with the signatyure & I talked to the recipient. Skinterra was completely professional & it was not their fault.

Hi, I've shopped this site before without any problems, however I also placed an order recently and it took a little longer than usual. I called and found out that they had some computer and phone trouble which held things up. They're usually great and always on the ball. I wouldn't worry, they're definitely a great and reputable site.
