Hmm, this may really sound dumb but I have to ask...I remember reading this somewhere that you shouldn't use dry cotton pad to wipe off make-up remover on your face. Is that so?
I do the following (correct me could you please):
1. Spread and lightly massage a make-up remover milk or emulsion over the DRY face and eyes.
2. Use a DAMP cotton pad to wipe off the make-up remover.
3. Then clean with a gentle cleanser if necessary. |

Here is what I do:
Wash the face with warm water
Apply cleanser and massage skin for up to a minute (use clarisonic brush at the moment
Wash again with water
Use cotton pads to remove eye make up with Eye make up remover
Use cotton pads with Tonic all over the face to make sure nothing is left |
