Hi Everyone!
I've been using Paula's Choice skin care for three weeks now and I'm THRILLED. I've tried everything imaginable before this, and was usually dissatisfied, either because of breakouts, lackluster results, or price of the products. I've been reading the cosmeticscop website and finally decided to just give the products a try. They're reasonably priced, and the quantities are generous. The packaging isn't remarkable, but who cares?
I purchased the Normal to Dry, with Breakouts kit. As soon as I started using it, the zits went away, and I'm VERY happy to report that no new ones have cropped up since. I feel a bit dry, but I think that might be because I'm too sparing with the moisturizer.
Oh! I forgot to add that the products have little or no fragrance -- something I appreciate.
The other day, I sailed right through the cosmetics department at Marshall Field's, and wasn't tempted AT ALL! Hooray! I feel very liberated.
I highly recommend these products -- at least do check out the website (www.cosmeticscop.com) for a comprehensive review of many, many skin care lines. |

This stuff sounds totally up my alley!! No fragrance or colouring, I can handle Dr H's fragrances, they are natural, same with Decleor but most I cannot. It's also reasonably priced!! I'm amazed! I'm looking at the cleanser - it's supposed to remove make-up pretty well and the beta hydroxy acid formulations. Her website is pretty cool too, I've learned a lot! Thank you for posting this review and info, jhbuddy! |

You're so welcome, Annette!
I'm very, very happy with these products. And I forgot to say in my review, that, since I've been using them, a very annoying spot on my cheek (sebaceous hyperplasia -- a small bump that produces "stuff" if squeezed, but will never go away) has gotten much, MUCH smaller and less pronounced. I was considering having it surgically removed before I started on Paula's Choice -- now it's barely noticeable, even by me!

Although I disagree with alot of her reviews, Paula does have some excellent products.
One I particularly like is Paula's Choice Skin Balancing Moisture Gel for my combo skin. My sister-in-law has dry skin and loves the Skin Recovery Moisturizer. |

Last night I ordered a cleanser, alpha and beta hydroxy products and a blush.
I'll be sure to let you all know how it goes. |

I love her products also since the first time I used samples of Skin Balancing Kit. Only for few days I can see that some acne went dry. But I can't use 2% BHA everyday b/c it's irritate my skin abit, so I will use every other day instead. Almost forgot, I don't like essential non-greasy sunscreen spf15 though, I think it's still too oil. I just ordered the full size few days ago. So I decided to order Skin Balancing Daily Mattifying Lotion SPF 15 instead. When I got it, I'll be here again to share my experience...
PS. I'm just a new member, nice to know everyone here... |

I used to use her line but got fed up for paying a lot more, because I live in Canada. Her products do work and is very basic. I guess I have leaned towards Cellcosmet, because the texture feels nicer. |
