I have noticed since I've started using the CC that I've developed new capillaries around my nose. I have been applying the CC very carefully since I have sensitive skin and I am using the pressing and rolling method. Did anyone else experience this? |

Yikes! No, this hasn't happened to me and I have used it heaps. Are you prone to broken caps? Perhaps your skin is indeed too sensitive to take the pressing/kneading action - though it is still a gentle process so I'm a bit confused.
How do you usually cleanse and exfoliate? |

no, I have not had the same experience. I have rather sensitive skin too, so I don't use it everyday |

I haven't had this experience either. I have fairly sensitive skin as well, but using DHCC just in the evening (with the cleansing milk in the morning) has worked out perfectly. |

I am so sold on the Dr H CC that I can't but think that it must be something else you are doing! Isn't that awful??! Anyways - it is a shame it doesn't seem to do the trick for you -your skin must be unbelievably sensitive! Yikes!

I didn't use the DHCC for a long period of time, but I also experienced some small broken capillaries. I am prone to them though, even when I used a cleansing balm with muslin cloth I found that even too harsh sometimes. Depending on how my skin was at that particular time. |

sassy--perhaps you should use a foaming face wash cleanser since your skin is so sensitive. the rubbing action can't be good for skin prone to broken capillaries. not the ones that turn into a foam after you rub your hands, but the ones that are in the pump bottles that foam when you pump it out. skinceuticals has one and so does arouge. I have never had broken capillaries before, and after using Dr H CC for 3 weeks, I have noticed quite a few on my nose. I am using the cleanser gently, as directed with the pressing and kneading. But I have to think this is the cause because it is the only thing I have changed recently. I am sad because Dr HCC really helped with the blackheads around and on my nose. |

I'm prone to broken capillaries, well not since cellcosmet. I thought products couldn't reverse broken capillaries. I thought you needed a cosmetic procedure done...Anyway, certain products have caused me broken capillaries. Aveda's tourmalin charged moisturizer and neutrogenas acne wash were the primary ones. SO yes, it is highly possible Dr. H is giving broken capillaries! If you are looking for a good product to help with blackheads, dermalogica have a good exfoliator that's really gentle, otherwise ice elements have 2MM and this product is GREAT!! Look up Bosoxy's review for this!! lol. If you want a gently daily cleanser, cellcosmet's gel cleanser is a good one, pricey but good. Good luck! |
