I wanted to add something to the thread about the passing of poor CM's kitty Casper, and it disappeared completely from my "Watched Topics" list.
We were all grieving with her and supporting her, and it's a bummer to see this taken down (??), along with all those thoughtful messages of support from other EDS members. CM, we're still here with you, wishing your gorgeous white baby positive thoughts in her afterlife. |

I was just about to post too---- I was also watching the post about dear Casper!
CM-- You aren't going through this alone, we're all still right here with you. Hang in there. |

I have no idea what happened to Casper's thread. Perhaps CM decided to move it. Surely we will be hearing from her soon.
Our thoughts and prayers are with CM. |

Er, yes, where is Casper's thread? All those lovely pictures of the great white kitty and everyone's thoughts. Was there some kind of bun fight that happened in that thread was that why it was taken down? |

Sorry, I'm in the dark too--- but if anyone figures out what happened, please let me know. I'm really disappointed that the thread is gone. |

Not sure I understand by the manslayer would know; I would expect our moderators to be able to answer this. That thread was completely within forum guidelines - no mention of homebased business, no snippy potshots from one member to another, no politics or religion. I've certainly seen more controversial or even distasteful topics discussed here
K -- we're with you and grieving the loss of your beautiful white kitty. I think sometimes losing a pet is more difficult because people are less likely to understand how painful a loss this can be. Well meaning friends may suggest you get another dog or cat without realizing that you can't replace a little furry personality any more than you can replace a unique human being. When you lose a family member or friend of the human variation, friends and co-workers understand the grief. Not always the case when you lose a pet.
Not so much with a pet and when you really think about it, sometimes pets are actually closer to you than friends and family. Something along this line occurred to last year when I was in the process of moving and took my 18 year old kitty to my moms to stay for a week. I realized the first night she was away that I have not slept alone in 18 years because little kitty girl has always curled up next to me when I go to sleep. He#$, my husband only slept next to me for 5 years! |

I wonder if it had anything to do with the itemized bill that was scanned into one of the posts. There was personal info on it that she might not have meant to publish.
I just know the pain of losing such a beloved pet is excrutiating and am so sorry for her loss. |

So much love and heartfelt thoughts continue to go out to CM and dear beautiful Casper.....
....May each day find you one step closer to replacing the tears of sadness, with smiles of joy, as you remember the special little Kitty, who filled your heart with so much love.
Hugs Kisses
