Has anyone experienced chronic sore throats from doing the lip2kiss heat treaments? I am wondering if it is just me, or maybe I should cut down to once a day, or maybe I am just sick. Coincidence?

I have never experienced a sore throat due to the heat part of the lips2kiss treatment but I always keep my lips together when using the blowdryer. Are you doing this with your lips apart? If so I could see where it might dry your mouth out and possibly give you a chronic sore throat.

I keep my lips closed but the air still goes up my nose.

I think it is a coincidence, bugaboo.

On a side note, for your comfort, try angling the hairdryer so the air goes downward, not up your nose!

I wish you better soon. I always find Propolis lozenges zap sore throats really fast.

i second catski's suggestion bugaboo. i always angle the hairdryer downwards too, more because i want the heat more on my top lip than the bottom, but this way might help you as well.

you might also consider, while you're recovering, to maybe hold the hairdryer a bit further away, and perhaps do it for slightly longer to make up for it?
