Anyone had success with this? It seems that MMU is drying for the under eye areas unless you have no lines there whatsoever. Also, it seems that MMU is somewhat sheer in covering the circles.
For those of u that had success with a MMU for covering circles, can u pls recommend one? Preferably one that needs 1-2 layers and is not drying. Thanks! |

i don't have dark circles, but Alima has a mineral concealer that has more opaque coverage than its regular foundation. I can try using this with a brush or mixing it with a little water and applying with a flocked sponge and see what happens.
otherwise, you are probably better off looking into some "regular" makeup for that area as it is not easy to cover. People tend to like Make Up For Ever "Lift" Concealer from what I've read. HTH. |

I sometimes blend the above-mentioned Alima concealer with a bit of oil for undereye use. It looks okay as long as I don't put it RIGHT under my eye, because then it can settle into the wrinkles and highlight them. |

I absolutely agree that MMU does a poor job as an under eye concealer...it really accentuates the lines I use Sheer Cover MMU, and the line contains a cream concealer that comes in a 2 shade duo compact which is perfect for blending. I don't have a big issue with dark circles, but if I use the cream, I make sure to keep the MMU away from my under eye area. This works great for me, and the cream is such a nice consistency.
Another thing you may want to try is Benefits Eye Bright. It is a great under eye pencil |

I love MMU but completely agree that it is very difficult if not impossible to get good coverage that looks natural and smooth for the under eye area. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to use MMU under the eye area - I changed tactics and found an application that looks very good and I am happy with.
I use Lumiere's liquid mineral make-up for the under eye area. I use one shade lighter than I would normally use for regular foundation. I place the smallest dot under each eye and gently pat it out until the area is covered. (I purchased the sample size Liquid mineral make-up and this will probably last me forever I use such a small amount)
I then use Lumiere loose MMU for the rest of my face. |

I wouldn't use a powder under the eyes. I use Jane Iredale's concealers. They have a circle delete product with two shades of cream concealer, their peachy one is good for under eye circles. I also use their disappear concealer under the eyes, in the medium shade. They also have an active light liquid based one that you brush on. I haven't tried it yet, but it says it doesn't crease.

I just checked the Lumiere's site, it seems they discontinued the liquid MMU?? I can't see it there. |

I am having luck with MMU concealer. I was previously using Revlon undereye concealer. Everyday Minerals Sunlight works for me, because it gives enough coverage. Might be a tad yellow for some, but I'm a happy camper, because it cancels out the blue beautifully. I decided to include it in my free trial pack after reading fairly good rewievs on MUA. |

I use a cream conc (glo minerals, cinema secrets) under my eyes then set with Everyday minerals multi tasking conc which is a powder.
Using dry minerals alone does not work for me. |
