I had my brows done at a spa and had lash enhancement, which is one step down from lash liner, not as concentrated.
The woman who did mine is inspected with OSHA for the equipment and product she uses for safety. I liked that. All permanent cosmetics technicians are not. She was also a licensed esthetician.
Mine turned out perfect. I worried at first that my brows would be too dark, as I had seen some. But we used a combo of blonde and dark brown and they are beautiful.
I really didn't swell much at all.
In the package I bought, I had 2 follow-up visits where she added pigment till she got it looking the way she wanted it. Those visits were at no extra charge.
