a rash behind my knee has left my skin reddish-brown and damaged. can anyone recommend the best way to repair and return the skin to its natural appearance? |

Has it been long since the rash went away? Your skin will naturally repair itself. Perhaps try some shea butter, aloe vera, or pure vitamin E oil to keep the area nice and moisturised? That's all I can think of (apart applying a vit C serum behind your knee ). |

well, it's a recurring rash. happens on my elbows sometimes too. the skin becomes blotchy, and the discoloration doesn't seem to go away completely. just hope that there is something that can help along the healing process. but i will give your suggestions a try. thanks. |

I would probably go see a Derm for something like that. You could try a healing cream (like the Mario Badescu Healing Cream or Decleor Harmonie Essentiel) when the rash is around. I don't want to make any suggestions for getting rid of the discoloration because your skin in that area might be very sensitive. |
