| Hey guys I'm wondering what a good way to apply a self-tanning cream on my back would be without someone else helping? Is there any easy way? Thanks! |

 not that I can think of! Even if you go for the tan-in-a-can spray version, you will still need someone else to do your back for you if you want it to be even. I don't think I'd attempt to do my back by myself...
There are a few people here who do use St Tropez (or Fake Bake etc) all over so let's see what advice they can dish out

But seriously - I know St. Tropez have a little device that looks like a back stratcher with pads on so you can apply it to the back although it looks tricky and I've not tried it. Hope that helps. |

 I understand. Not all guys understand the whole taking care of your self ethos - saying that if you were at a bodybuilding gym, those guys are always oiling/tanning each other up - in a totally manly way I mean |
