I've been reading the board on Copper Peptides and have decided to begin using. I know there is a lot of info on the board but I'm still a little confused. I'm looking for thoughts on which product I should start with. I want to start weak (my skin is somewhat sensitive and some times reactive) but not so weak I don't see benefits. Looks like the best two options are Skinbio Super GHK Serum or Neova Antioxidant Therapy Serum.

| Oh, the other thing I should mention...I have melasma. There is a hypothesis that melasma is made worse by high levels of copper in the body (but I don't think proven). I couldn't find anything that suggested CP's applied to skin were bad to use if you have melasma and if anything might help with hyperpigmentation. Does this seem right? |

Hi Shelly, bumping this thread so you can get your questions answered.
Most of the reviews I've seen here on EDS relate to CP's from Skinbio. I'll be starting CP's myself in a couple weeks [getting my skin accustomed to new sunscreen and BHA solution before I introduce something new]. I'm hardly an expert on the topic of CP's, but from what I understand the super GHK serum isn't for beginners. When starting with CP's, it's recommended you begin with CP serum instead but I'm interested in hearing from those who've been using CP's for awhile. |

Super CP serum isn't for beginners, I think, not super GHK. GHK is the one for those who can't tolerate CP or for undereye. Supposedly, then you go up to CP serum.Many start with CP serum but I quite like the GHK, so will probably stick to that. |

If you start with CP serum, don't forget to dilute with water and work up to straight CP. GHK dosen't have to be diluted, but I'm using it every other day for now. |
