Hi folks,
Im a 23 year old male with very problematic skin. Its giving me a complex. It was fine til i tried a clear pore strip 4 years ago. Ever since its getting more and more oily in the nose are. But also i seem to be over-producing skin as a layer of dead skin forms after a day after washing. I went to a Danne consultant and he gave me a pore cleanser, retosin exforliant and vitamin c moisture spray. Sadly they all make my skin redder. They unblock my pores and make the skin greasier. So its a balancing act between flaky skin with a lot of build-up of dead skin cells or red shiny exta-oily skin. tough choice. The main problem is its too sensitive for almost all products.
PLease please please any recommendations for me |

hi,
I had a similar experience. I went to a dermatologist who tried all sorts of crap on my face and ever since EVERYTHING I try makes me peel, red, or worse break out. One thing I've found is to avoid products that contain alcohol. I check the ingredients of the products I use and have noticed a trend, I PEEL from Sacylic acid. Perhaps you're allergic to a common ingredient between the products you use!?
The products I have found that's good for my face is Darphin's Purifying Line. I used the foaming cleanser, purifying toner, and natural regulating fluid. I also did the purifying mask twice a week. My skin cleared of blackheads and zits and was soft and well moisturized. The only downside is that it's quite expensive. I just went back to school and can't afford it anymore so I'm giving the Decleor line a try (there's a balancing special right now), I'll let you know how it goes.
You might want to go to a dermatologist, just don't see the prick I went to! haha..
Hope you find something that works for you!! |

hi there
id definetly, definetly, give Decleor's Rose D'Orient Oil a go. Its designed specifically for sensitive skin, and the oil is 100% natural.
I dont know where you live, but if its the UK, go to your nearest decleor salon and ask for a sample, they should definetly sort you out. If your in the US, im sure theres a similar process.
Go to makeupalley.com and see what people have said about this product, and others for sensitive skin. If youve got oily skin you might need to use a combination of products for sensitive/oily.
Hope this helps, and definetly send me a message if you need any more advice.
cheers,
farouk |

may i suggest looking here...?
http://www.beebeauty.com/33-moisturecreams-ulc.html
they make the most beautiful light moisture cream for sensitive skin, ppl with eczema are raving about it! ive got their ultra-light moisturiser and its brilliant! have a read about how they make their products etc - all natural stuff. although u should use it up within 3-4 months...so may be wise to buy a small bottle and see how it goes! its cheap but very effective. |
