After reading tons of articles online I am left confused.
So...my question:
Which does the best job at stimulating collagen production? Vitamin C? Copper? something else?
My goal is to choose the best avenue in strengthening and thickening the under eye skin to minimize/reduce/eliminate the dark circles.
Also, I read that peptides even outperform Vitamin C and Copper. If so, which peptides?? There are so many peptides out there nowadays.
Thanks... |

I use Copper peptides at night - Dr. Pickart's. Many of us use his product here on EDS. It is geared toward long term use for long term results.
I would also suggest starting to take MSM - this can be taken in a capsule or tablet form or like me - you can take it in a powder form stirred into tomato juice or smoothies. This and Vitamin C have been found to help the foundation and development of your skin during the ongoing renewal process. |
