Hi everyone,
I have been trying out PTR's Sulfur Cooling Masque (with Eucalyptus). The masque is recommended for those with acne or oily skin and clogged pores. I tried it out for a few weeks and nothing really surprised me -- the masque helped to clear my sinuses and my face felt very clean and supple after I took off the masque. However, I wanted to share something very interesting with you (that convinces me that this product is amazing).
I, unfortunately, had a pimple under my nose the other day (right where it hurts girls, you know what I mean?). The whitehead was ready so against my own instincts I punctured the whitehead. I always hate doing this because ANOTHER pimple inevitably appears a few days later in the same spot due to bacteria spreading. But this time, after I punctured the pimple, I immediately washed the area, sprayed Yonka lotion on the "wound" and covered the area with PTR's sulfur masque. I left it on for the required 10 minutes and when I washed it off . . . I was AMAZED. There was no redness and the "wound" was completely gone. I couldn't even tell there had been a pimple there! I think the cooling effect of the masque (and whatever other magical products are in there) really help! I'm using this all the time next time I "break the rule against popping pimples." =D It's amazing! |

Forgot to add that it's been about 1.5 weeks now and no new pimple has sprung where the last had appeared!!!!!!!!!!! (knock on wood ha ha ha) |

I'm wondering if it irritates sensitive skin. |

i think it may due to the sulfur ingredient as some kind of dressing materials also contain it for wound healing. i have tried this mask as well but not really work on me. Maybe i haven't popped the pimple before....haha |

Hmmm...this sounds pretty interesting. Maybe I'll have to try it next time I use a mask. Right now I'm using B. Kamins, but I'm not sure if it is really doing much. |

Has anyone noticed that this mask is really thick? Or could it just be that I got an old sample from Sephora? Has anyone tried the PSF Acne mud mask, and if you have could you compare it to this Peter Thomas Roth mask? Thanks in advance! |

I think this mask is very strong in smell and strong on the skin. I think it is suited for oily problamatic acne skin types |
