I've been reading up on some of the past posts related to copper peptides (mostly related to the skinbio products out there) and am trying to figure out the best way for someone just getting started
Here's my questions:
1. I'm in my mid 30s and would like to reduce wrinkles and firm up my skin - should I start out with a regular or super CP serum or use the Protect & Restore Cream?
2. If I combine with a emu oil, is there a need to add in a moisturizer once I applied the CP and oil?
3. How much would a regular or super CP serum last?? I'm not sure if I want to go with a 1 oz or the larger size considering I'm just starting out with it, but how much would a large size last considering daily use?
Thanks!!!!!!!!! |

It is important to start with the weakest of the CP serums. Most member dilute CP's with equal drops of water for sometime before putting on face full strength. I suggest you start by diluting CP Serum with equal parts of water every other day 1x a day for several week. Gradual you can work up to using daily.
Emu Oil on top helps push CP's into your skin. If Emu is your usual moisturizer you should be OK. CP serum requires regular exfoliation. Personally, I have just taken a break from a long period of CP use. My skin requires exfoliation once or twice a week.
Here is a thread on CP's I think you will find very helpful:
