its not that i get bruised easily
but i do get bruises from time to time
and i was wondering if i could make a topical cream or balm applied to the skin for bruises?
I was wondering if anybody knew what essential oils would be a good choice for such a potion?
lol
any help would be appreciated

Helichrysum is a good one for bruises. |

not an essential oil, but magnesium oil is excellent for bruises, only use on undamaged skin |

I second arnica. I'm pretty skeptical on homeopathic remedies, but arnica rally worked for me when I bruised my face badly in an accident. |

I agree with both helichrysum and arnica (with arnica, pellets/internal is better for aches and pains and large area trauma and the gel or cream is better for bruising and surface trauma). I will also add that increasing Vit C to 2000 mg a day for a few days will super speed healing. |
