I have been bothered by my smiling lines at both sides of my nose for a long time. I have tried many great products, including Valmont and Cellcosmet, but they are still there. I used to be a happy person with smiles all the time, but now.....
Does anybody have an idea how to remove it? Bunch of thanks... |

Topicals and peels can help reduce the fine lines but I have found that the only way I have been able to remove them or make them less noticeable is having injectables or fillers put in. Juvaderm is fantastic and had much better results for me than the restylane which only lasted 7-8 months. |

So sad to hear that. I have the same problem and want to turn to Valmont and Cellcosmet to remove smiling lines. Which products in those two brands are you using? And how long? I am trying to have some hope. |

There is Restylane, Juvaderm, and obviously Botox. The Dermal Fillers are probably a more effective way of removing or decreaming smile lines. It basically lifts and plumps the area being treated. Usually last like 6-9 months depending on how deep your smile lines are. I have a coworker who has had the fillers and she thinks they work great. |

Thank you so much, AnnieR. Your suggestion is truely a huge favor for me. Which products are you using from Juvaderm? How long have the results last? Would you please give more information about this line? Your help is so much appreciated. |

I'm using Valmont L ELIXIR DES GLACIERS(very nice cream, but doesn't have effect on smiling lines), Valmont Regenera I (no effect, either), Cellcosmet Elasto-Collagen Intensive (good, but...), and Cellcosmet Ultravital (too oily for me). I think maybe because my problem is not facelifting, they don't have great results on my smiling line.
Hope this will help you. |

Thank you, yomama. I know that it should be the most effective to inject Botox, but I think maybe it's too early for me to do so (maybe I'm wrong ). But I'll definitely do it in the following several years. |

Hi jhelenhan,
The products you are using are just those I am goona try. I doubt if I need a move now. But I heard some one use Valmont Regerna II and AWF II to remove smiling lines. Could you disclose you age range? I am not in my late 20s, wondering if it is late to start using Valmont&Cellcosmet. Thanks so much. |

Jhelenhan-Juvaderm is a filler that they inject, like restylane, but for me is more lasting. It is also smoother and less likely to leave injection "bumps". I do bruise more from it, but I much prefer it for the nasolabial lines. I also use IS Clinical Active and Proheal serums, the Hydracool Serum and I have also used the Super Serum. I love them all. The Dr. H's rejuvenating mask is a good overnight treatment and I also use the Baby Q LED light therapy. It is a good plumper, just not on the direct site of the injection until it binds with your collagen in a few weeks. |

Any product that contains Retinol such as Benev Retinol Cream or Skin Medica Retinol cream works well for smile line. |

Artefill - it's somewhat permanent and fills in the lines. Others do not last and gets very expensive quickly. |

jhelenhan, what is Valmont L ELIXIR DES GLACIERS doing to you, so you say that it is a nice cream, however it had done nothing to your smile lines? what can justify it`s price then? |

Most lines around the mouth (especially those leading from your nose to your mouth) are expression lines. These are formed throughout the years and there is no actual way to completly get rid of them. But using a good anti aging product should be able to reduce their appearance. I've read about many treatments online and the ones that seem the most popular are Obagi, Arbonne, Strivectin and the Newtox Treatment line. I have no experience with any of them. Anyone tried them? |

I had those lines. Juvaderm made them go away. It lasts about a year and is well worth the $$. |

I'm 28 years old now, and started to use them almost 1 year ago. So I don't think it will be too early for a person around age 25. |

Thank you so much, saz07. But after many tries during these days, I think I'd better follow AnnieR's advice . Go with the fillers. |

It's doing great~ It's a great moisturizer, and change the complexion. Besides, it 's also a great lifting cream. If it's not so expensive, I will use it all over my body |
