How can I find out the shelf life of some homemade lotion? Aren't there some labs that test a batch of homemade lotion to test for bacterial growth and shelf life of the batch?
Where can I send a batch to for testing?
How much do they usually charge? |

I would think the labs that do broad spectrum microbial testing would charge quite a lot since they take on larger batch testing which is affordable because of economies of scale. I am not sure if such labs even offer personal consumers testing services. |

I remember reading on another forum that there is a lab that does do testing for only $15 a batch. I had their address, but now I can't find it. |
