I'm obsessed with Premium pink energy. It's a fizzy grapefruit drink. It's like a happy pill in a bottle, seriously! No calories which totally rocks, and it's actually quite healthy for you!!! I work out a lot, and it makes a huge difference. I can't believe people waste their time with that ephedra crap! Especially when these energy drinks gives the same effects without anything bad happening. Ephedra is so bad for you!!

What do you all drink?

Mostly just diet Coke/Pepsi... I'll only go for an energy drink when I'm super desperate (going without sleep for a decent period of time). If I need lots of energy, sugar free red bull works for me.

Here is a link were you can see the ingredients of pink energy: http://www.energyfiend.com/caffeine-content/pink

Water is not an energy drink and neither are sodas. Energy drinks could be loaded with calories and sugar which being a woman, you'd want to stay far away from! Pink energy has zero calories, sugar....etc etc.

My personal trainer told me about them. So ever since i've been drinking one a day during the afternoons, i have yet to get a headache which i used to get everyday. I'm more happier, energetic (awesome when i need to work out!) and my food cravings have completely diminished. So i'm losing quite a bit of weight that i've been trying to lose for months!

So not really sure why this drink is so amazing, but that's why i was curious if anyone else has tried it Smile

I just checked out the premium pink energy ingredients. Apparently it's colored with Cochineal which is basically crushed up beetles, blech! I'll definitely be sticking with my iced green tea.

Well technically diet coke isn't an energy drink but it has some caffeine so it does give me a pick me up Smile

EEEK! ... Shock

I'll stick with a nice glass of Pinot Grigio for my 'energy' kick.
