| Mibelle Biochemistry has developed Iso-SlimComplex, an anti-cellulite ingredient that combines several mechanisms. Caffeine and carnitine work inside the lipid storage cells, called adipocytes where they mobilize the stored lipids. Soy isoflavones are known to inhibit the formation of adipocytes and in addition they strengthen the dermis by collagen promotion. In a clinical trial, Iso-SlimComplex at 4% in an anti-cellulite preparation was shown to reduce thigh girth by 3.8 cm after 6 weeks application. The skin firmness was improved by 60% and the cellulite degree was reduced by 32%. |
