Hee hee hee! I was away from this forum for a few months but I was not too far away from my beauty junkie washroom cabinets. Even when I'm super stressed and under extreme pressure I still love to take good care of my skin.
Actually, skin care routine is the only way to keep me un-insane ( can I say that?). If I still can have enough energy and time to wash, exfoliate, moisturize and protect my skin everyday I feel like...a human girly girl again.
Hey! Back to the subject. My mom and I have started to try some of Dr. Brandt's ptds since the beginning of this summer. She bought quite a few things from his "lineless line" for herself and give me this jar of exfoliation stuff. And I JUST LOVE IT FROM THE FIRST USE!
I have very sensitive skin ( I think most girl think they have sensitive skin), but mine is extremely reactive. I also get zits quite often especially before my monthly... Then those zits leave pink scars that turn brown if I spend too much time in the sun. I also love to swim and the chlorinated pool water dry my skin out. If I powder my skin you can see those little white dead dry hanging skin in every single pore around my nose, my mouth, my eyebrows and sometimes under my eyes YUCKS!!!
Since I've started using Dr. Brandt's just only once a week (never over exfoliate your skin), I can see my zit scars heal faster and the brown spots fade sooner. And when I gotta powder my nose it looks better not worse with white pores . My mom really loves this "Dermabrasion in a Jar" too. It's a real keeper! I love it! |
