Hello.
I posted this article on the "Young hands"-thread. A women in her 60ies got age spots zapped away with IPL. As you are young, I don't know if this article is helpful, but here goes:

I believe some people with hyper pigmentation have got results with the lightening serum from PSF. |

After 3 months of use, the lightstim anti-aging light, in conjunction with vitamin c serum, has gotten rid of my freckles/age spots on my hands and elsewhere.

I've been using it 5 months in total, and it has reversed all of the signs of aging I had. |

If you're young, I would just exfoliate your hands. You can make your own blend with olive oil and sugar, maybe put some lemon juice in to lighten the skin, etc. Just do a search in the DIY section of EDS forums or Google for "hand exfoliation" or some such in the search engine.
Or you can buy a product made to do this. I think Crabtree & Evelyn have some good ones like the 60 seconds fix with exfoliator and cream:

I love the Evelyn and Crabtree scrub - it's so nice and gets your hands super duper soft. I also Have heard that the led light can help with this. Maybe even use a vitamin C and then use the light afterward. I think the prolight platinum with amber lights would work great for pigmentation. I have a dpl and havaen't tried it on my hands. |
