I'm looking to buy arnica pellets and I am a little confused as to what is best. I'm seeing 30x, 30c, 6x. I have taken these in the past but dont really recall which one's I had bought.
I've tried researching homeopathic measurements but I guess I'm just not understanding it. I'm not really sure which would be better.
What do you look for when your buy arnica pellets? |

it depends on a number of things...for one thing it depends upon what you want to use the arnica for...if it's for bruising and the tissue trauma connected with it , for example, it depends upon how severe is the bruising and tissue trauma.....(and other factors as well).
imo best to do further self studying ..or see a professional homeopath...before proceeding further |
