So I have decided to make a big purchase and start with a brand new skin care line and would like some help.
I am currently using Clinique and it sounds like no one really likes it here. It worked for me for a while, but as I age I feel I need something different. I am 28 and have combination skin - sometimes oily on nose and forehead but dry on cheeks. I have sensitive skin and break out easily. My complexion is fair with yellow undertones and I have "freckles or sun spots" that I wouldn't mind erasing or reducing.
Recently I tried Lavere eye cream, 3-in-1 cleansing milk and hydro serum and enjoyed all three products, but the price is unreal! I would prefer an easy, no-fuss line or combination of lines. I have been reading a lot of product reviews but not sure which route to go. I want an organic or natural line.
Suggestions???? |

My main recommendation is to try to get samples before investing in a whole line! Everyone's skin is different and you need what works for YOU!
I like Caudalie and Decleor. You usually can get samples of those at Sephora if you're located near one. If you can't get samples at stores, etc., even consider buying samples or travel sizes on Ebay or check outwww.beautyhabit.com - they have a sample program and see if they have lines you are interested in: http://www.beautyhabit.com/bhsample.html
Have you considered PSF (Pure Skin Formulations). They do sell samples so you could try out most products you are interested in.

A new thing PSF has - just checked out their website is a Daily Essentials Kit based on your skin type:

But I currently use mostly Leaf & Rusher products and am considering Karin Herzog (although I'm happy with L&R - crazy, huh?!).

I think PSF is a good choice for you... |

I agree! They have some awsome products, and the prices are very reasonable. I have used many top line skincare products from, dermalogica, pca, phytomer, skinceuticals..etc. and I have to say I am happiest with PSF. |

I would also suggest to try samples first. PSF is a good line. Althoug my skin has reacted to some creams in this line I still use the other PSF products. |

Yeah! When I run out of the PSF products I have now I'm definitely purchasing the kit for normal/combo skin.

I suggest PSF and Juice beauty. There is a kit of Juice beauty, you can buy it to try before purchasing the full size. |

Thanks everyone!
I have been checking out PSF and it seems very reasonable. I live in Canada, so I won't be able to grab samples from Sephora, but I might do a search to see of a store around here carries it. The thing I like about PSF is that they have a money back guarentee after 30 days of use. Eventhough I'll try samples first, sometimes it take a little longer to notice anything. PSF does ship internationally too which is nice, so thanks lunarmm for the link
I was also looking at Trilogy. So if anyone has bad or good reviews??
Wancy_2000 - Can you recommend any Juice Beauty products?? I can get those here locally at London Drugs and some Health Food stores. |
