Theres probably too many to mention myztic but currently on the go I have Liz Earle's spot on for my son's teenage spots and Im just trying out Elemis's SOS Emergency Cream which you pot on problem areas/spots. So far Im happy with the results from both products, however, as my son is only 14, and only at the beginning of his hormonal path, Im sure I will be trawling this site for more remedies. |

"Acne Spot Treatment" by Patricia Wexler is excellent. You can purchase this at Bath and Body Works and the active ingredient is 10% Benzoyl Peroxide. It is different from drug store brands because it does not "tear" up your skin. I have excellent results with this formula and it is only about $10.00. |

Clear and Clear Persa 10% BP Dot it on just the pimple, it dries it and then the scab disappears. I use it after I have picked and I have a scab. It dries up the scab so it can fall off in a couple days |

Neutrogena on the spot treatment works really well, it has 2.5% peroxide. I also use Zaptzit which as 10% peroxide. According to Neutrogena the 2.5% is as effective as 10% but less harsh. |

The one I found to be most effective is Bye Bye Blemish by Pure Skin Junkie.
I also would not use anything with BP.

Also Tea Tree Oil works great |

I've been using Jan Marini Acne gel I for prevention and PSF acne mask or H2)+ acne rescue mask as an overnight spot treatment. |
