Theres probably too many to mention myztic but currently on the go I have Liz Earle's spot on for my son's teenage spots and Im just trying out Elemis's SOS Emergency Cream which you pot on problem areas/spots. So far Im happy with the results from both products, however, as my son is only 14, and only at the beginning of his hormonal path, Im sure I will be trawling this site for more remedies.

"Acne Spot Treatment" by Patricia Wexler is excellent. You can purchase this at Bath and Body Works and the active ingredient is 10% Benzoyl Peroxide. It is different from drug store brands because it does not "tear" up your skin. I have excellent results with this formula and it is only about $10.00.

Clear and Clear Persa 10% BP Dot it on just the pimple, it dries it and then the scab disappears. I use it after I have picked Sad and I have a scab. It dries up the scab so it can fall off in a couple days

Neutrogena on the spot treatment works really well, it has 2.5% peroxide. I also use Zaptzit which as 10% peroxide. According to Neutrogena the 2.5% is as effective as 10% but less harsh.

The one I found to be most effective is Bye Bye Blemish by Pure Skin Junkie.

I also would not use anything with BP.

Also Tea Tree Oil works great

I've been using Jan Marini Acne gel I for prevention and PSF acne mask or H2)+ acne rescue mask as an overnight spot treatment.
