I recently purchased a bottle of CP Serum from Skin Biology - it seems to be a decent product & with the US to CDN exchange rate & shipping it wasn't cheap but..... I know that you don't need to pay alot of money to get a good product (Esther's Secret Serum & Masque comes to mind first) but now I have a feeling that this fellow who has the website may be a little eccentric. The site is totally strange & even though I sensed that when I ordered, I went ahead & bought it. (btw - it arrived almost 4 weeks later). I realize that there can be alot of $$ spent in needless fancy packaging so you have to focus at the product within. Unfortunately I'm a marketing exec's dream - if it looks good I'll buy it!! But now, even after reading good reviews, I'm apprehensive that I got "scammed" & wonder if I maybe should have bought from the Neova line. (Next time I will anyway because of the long delivery time.) Just wondering........ |

You know Leslie, those long delivery times are a pet peeve of mine too. It's like they charge your credit card right away, but you have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to receive your product. I never understood that. Only thing I can think of is they are getting to use your money for a long time before having to fulfill their end of the bargain.

RuthMarion,
I wonder who you bought the copper peptides from. I never have to wait very long for shipping. And I know that air mail to Canada is very inexpensive from the US. If you like the product maybe you should try to find another company to purchase from.
The cp serum about $15US lasts me about 4 months if not longer.
btw..you gals have me sold on the Esthers Secret. I have to look around and buy the serum & masque. |

I bought a CP serum from Dr. Pickart's site last year, and it took them 2 months to ship to me from the US to Canada! After waiting for one month, I e-mailed and told them to cancel my order as I didn't need/want it anymore, and they said once the product has left their warehouse, they cannot give a refund. I was annoyed. |

It's funny. Skinbiology is the next town over from me and I've never purchased from them. Now I'm glad I haven't. I think they might be primarily research & development. I buy from dianayvonne.com in Florida but it gets here very fast.
When I was tempted to buy from Skinbiology because of their proximity, I got a funny feeling that it might take longer than my orders from across the country. |
