I suddenly woke up yesterday morning with flesh coloured bumps on my calf of my right leg. I have no idea what it is, but I had none the night before. They're only visible at an angle as they're not red, etc, just raised up - sort of like chickin skin or obvious goosebumps. I also only get them on one side of the calf, so half of my calf is bumpy and the other half is not.
I'm not sure why this happened or what it is, maybe it's a skin sensitivity, KP, or the like. But it's neither sore or itchy, just bumpy.
I put some aloe on it and Vit E, and today I put some avocado oil. It does subside a bit during the day and it's at its worse when I get up in the morning.
Please advise if you have any idea what it is, what it might be or what I can do to get rid of it.
Oh and I have not done anything different in terms of bedsheets, body lotion, bath gel, etc etc.
Thanks |

It doesn't sounds like anything i have ever heard of. The closest thing I can think of is some for of dermatitis?
Maybe you have some sort of skin irritation/allergy (ezcema or something) I sometimes get it during change of season - although not exactlythe way you describe it.
Don't know for sure, but I'd say Dr's appointment might be the way forward. |

Did you just shave by chance? I ALWAYS get this after shaving (about 1-2 days after) but usually with itching. |

Nope, my legs are generally hair free so shaving shouldn't be the issue.
I didn't even have them before I went to sleep but there they were in the morning. |

I would try dry brushing with a natural bristled brush. It will improve blood circulation as well as exfoliating the skin. Brushing is often helpful in combating KP and small bumps. |
