How do you guys take this stuff? I nearly gagged to death trying to gulp it down in water this morning, there is no way I could do that on a daily basis. Do you sprinkle it on food or take it with liquid? thanks |

You should take it in tablet form. Powder mixed with water tastes terrible.
Brewer's yeast contains all the forms of vit B except B12 (unless it's fortified with it). I prefer brewer's yeast to the synthetic vitamin B complex because it's all natural.

As my husband would say - with beer, duh!
I am allergic to the stuff so not much help, but I bet mixing it into something like s smoothie might cover the taste nicely, as would sprinkling it into hot cereal.
Have you considered buying empty gelatin capsules and measuring it into those so you can swallow it without tasting it? They're very inexpensive, and you can make lots of other mixtures for supplementation in them as well.
